To create an experiential journey by immersing over 1,000 attendees in our theme of ‘One Direction’. The theme signified Lukoil’s message of heading in the same, focused direction of success and growth.
Game Plan :
Rather than simply creating an event, we created an experience, with the theme as the common thread.
We conceptualized a journey ‘One Direction’ for Lukoil employees that began right from the invitations all the way to the venue branding, décor, staging, artistic performances and even the prizes.
Every aspect from registration, pre-function, agenda and main event hall was monitored closely by our expert event team.
Mission Accomplished :
The night was highly successful and thoroughly enjoyed by the employees, and will live long in their memory until next year’s event.
The event ran smoothly throughout and guests overall enjoyed the journey of the theme.
