To plan, manage and execute the Abu Dhabi Traffic Week campaign through social media.
As part of Abu Dhabi’s ambitious vision of reducing road fatalities to zero by 2030, we needed to intensify awareness about road safety.
Game Plan :
We targeted Youths, Families, Schools and Workers by creating interactive and educational Facebook applications and content.
The launch featured many QR codes that were placed in unique locations, linking users to the Youtube pages that hosted each initiative’s videos.
Mission Accomplished :
Over 27,000 combined fans on Facebook, surpassing virtually every other Traffic Safety campaign regionally.
Our average weekly reach was over 660,000 fans. Our safety messages reached more than 400,000 Twitter users nationwide, and raised the emirate’s reputation globally.
